Programs

CrossFit California City an official CrossFit and CrossFit Kids affiliate, and home to ELITE FITNESS TRAINING. We are not your “typical” gym. We do not use machines. We do not train you to use isolation movements. You are the machine, and we only use full functional body movements. Our athletes consist of Elite Military, Firemen, Police, Professional Sportsmen and women, high school athletes and stay at home moms. Our workouts are intense, and provide you with top notch fitness instruction. Our results are proven. We track individual times, boost intensity with a group environment, and utilize  state of the art CrossFit training methods. We specialize in not specializing. We do not train you to become a world class marathon runner. We do not train you to become a world class Power-Lifter. Our methods consists of pulling what works from every fitness program and putting it into our own. After you have worked out with CrossFit as your training guide, your total fitness level will increase. You will be better at everything.

Foundations (formerly Indoc)

**FOUNDATIONS WILL BE STARTING AGAIN SOON!

CFCC Foundations is a course designed to familiarize athletes with the movements involved in CrossFit programming.  During Foundations , you will learn the 9 basic CrossFit movements that will build a foundation to perform the CrossFit workouts. Those 9 movements are the squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean. Regardless of your exercise experience, every athlete is required to attend CFCC Foundations before participating in CFCC workouts.

Adult CrossFit

Adult CrossFit is… well… the adult class. We try to train the kids separate to give them the space and attention they need, and the same for the adults. We operate using the Crossfit.com daily workout of the day (WOD), or a programmed WOD if the main page is on a “rest day”.

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit California City is an official CrossFit Kids affiliate.  CrossFit Kids is 100% CrossFit, but tailored to the special developmental needs, capacities and limitations of children.   We focus mostly on sports-related conditioning, but train all of our kids the same.  Kids are trained, like adults, in all 10 of the fitness domains, and your child will show vast improvement in all areas.

Nutrition

Here at CFCC we recommend Paleolithic diet foods in Zone diet portions. For more information on what to eat, just ask!  I’ll talk your ear off.
