10 Ways To Be A Better CrossFitter

1. If you have kids, get them in the gym with you ASAP!

2. Commit to a long-term process as early as you can.Worry about virtuosity before work-load.

3. Remember “why” you choose to exercise, make that your inspiration.  Make it FUN!

4. Compete with yourself first, others second.

5. Teach what you know, don’t keep it to yourself.

6. Ask if you don’t know, don’t assume.

7. Make nutrition just as important (if not more important) than your workouts.

8. Don’t be afraid to try something harder than you think you can accomplish once in a while, you WILL surprise yourself.

9. Always work your GOATS!

10. Connect with other CrossFitters close to you and around the world.
