Buy In:

CFWU with emphasis on SOLID overhead squat technique.  Feel the bottom/balance.
(get your 10 Pullups minimum in the warmup)

WOD:

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Overhead Squat
Burpee

Cash Out:

10 Ring Dips and 10 Ring Pushups, and everyone attempt to get into a handstand on the wall.
